Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy states prohibited uses of GENLOFT products and services, including marketing forms, APIs, and self-hosted distributions you operate.
2. Prohibited activities
- Malware, ransomware, phishing kits, botnet command-and-control, or distribution of exploit payloads
- Unauthorized scanning, credential stuffing, or attacking systems you do not own or operate
- Spam, deceptive advertising, or unlawful tracking of individuals
- Hosting illegal content under applicable jurisdictions
- Circumventing billing, entitlements, or security controls
3. Security research
Good-faith research against assets you are authorized to test is welcome via coordinated disclosure to abuse@genloft.io. Do not test shared multi-tenant infrastructure without written approval.
4. Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend, terminate, or report to authorities. Appeals: abuse@genloft.io.
