2. The service
GENLOFT provides a modular DevSecOps and Core Workspace platform. Product pages describe available capabilities and planned modules. Roadmap items are informational and are not delivery dates or SLAs.
3. Accounts and security
Account holders must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and enable multi-factor authentication where offered. You are responsible for activity under your organization until reported abuse.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for abuse, legal risk, or security incidents.
5. Intellectual property
Platform software, brands, and documentation remain ours or our licensors'. Customer content remains yours. Feedback may be used to improve the product without obligation.
6. Open-source components
Integrated open-source modules retain their upstream licenses. Your obligations under those licenses apply when you self-host or redistribute.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Security controls are designed toward common compliance frameworks; publication of a page is not a formal certification badge.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from use of this marketing site is limited to fees paid for this surface (if any). Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
